WRXMunkey, even if your stock struts were in good shape, they would have a hard time keeping up with STI springs. I'm sure the struts are DONE.
Excell-G can work with STI springs, BUT!!!!, the struts will be at the upper limit of what they can handle. NOT the best combo. The same goes for Tokico HP (blues).
Your best bet is to save up for Tokico D-Spec, Koni inserts, Feal inserts or 04 STI struts revalved by Feal. You can then use any spring you want.
If, and I do mean IF!!! You are 1000000% sure you want to stick with the STI springs and not use any other type, then go for KYB AGX. The AGX are as high tech as bricks but they do work well with STI springs. They are a very limited strut that I would only recommend with STI springs.
With the sedan specific struts you will have to fix the loss of negative camber. Easy to do and written about many times.
