I always stop at a distance that's a car length away or at least I can still see their tires. Just common courtesy, really.
This, maybe me still being new at standard(started a year ago) if I'm on a hill, don't get right on my ass. If I creep up to get more space, do not proceed to creep up with me. It will result in me shifting into reverse and rolling back to f with you.
Other than that, if I'm in the right lane doing 65-70 and there is an open lane to your left, go around. I will not speed up so you don't have to put your phone down and go around.
If the roads are ****ty, get off my bumper.
