But since the rear bushing is a weak point might as well replace it too. It is only $30, and you are down there already, I figure do it once and done, rather than again in the future. I have replaced other bushings with poly in my Buick and never had to touch them again even after 160k

Does perrin make a rear bushing? Edit, yes they do.
