Japanese writing. And that sticker is there to write down at what mileage the cam belt was replaced.

I never said it was an STi. In my original post I clearly stated that he had converted it to an "STi"<----putting it in quotations to show my doubt of it being an STi. If it were an older STi it'd be a lot easier identifying the motor. EJ20K. I'll check ECU and get back today. Thank you very much.
