Can you try taking a picture with higher resolution? A/C refill isn't hard. If you stripped the mounting bolt, you can just retap it and helicoil or time-sert it. You will probably need to rebuild the compressor to get all the metal shavings out of it.

The banjo bolts and washers are not reusable - the bolt will stretch when you tighten it the first time, so when you loosen it and re-tighten it, it will no longer seal correctly. Buy new ones.
