Alternately, you can use that 3 port as a 2 port via re-plumbing it and use the restrictor. This would give similar enough results to the stock for that Cobb tune to work for you.
Sounds like it's probably already tuned though if it had a 3 port... which means an off-the shelf tune might be worse.
Awesome, thanks. I might take this route in the meantime, work up to the protune. The previous tune gave me lean codes...And had trouble getting the car to idle after accelerating. It hit target boost properly, yes, but it was in need of some tweaking.
