As far as #3 you definitely need extended studs and open ended lugnuts with 10mm bolt on spacers, theres not enough threads on our stock studs to safely mount the wheels. You need about 7 full rotation of the lugs to be safe (will edit and post links ive dug up when i get on my computer later) however people have had success running 5mm spacers on stock studs. But i'd recommend getting extended studs still.
