I wouldn't reset ecu just yet. You car reducing IAM (I said DAM in previous post) is there to protect your motor along with the Fine Knock Learning Corrections. Your car will increase IAM on it's own along with adding timing back through FLKC when it gets the all clear from your knock sensor. If you suspect it is leaning out then do a boost leak test:
I use the quick and dirty method but I make sure that I keep my pressure down to less than 10 psi.
EDIT: or find a friend with a tester. The other option is to take it to a shop and have them do it.
