Still on stock IAT, but most are putting it in the intake manifold. Bast is to use it with a plastic bushing so you isolate from heat soak. Near the PCV is a popular place. The T1 race development IAT is the same calibration, but 1/8 NPT. More expensive, but easier to get where you want it.
Where can you get the plastic bushings you speak of? I have the T1 iat sensor in my manifold but am not running it yet. I been wondering where too find something like that...
