Went back today after being off for a week. My legs/ass were too sore to go back. My box has an option to do one on one instruction instead of the class at 6am, so I'm doing that instead. I work in a restaurant and don't leave work until 10-11pm most days. I need more than 6 hours of sleep before a workout. Anywho, we did upper body today. I'm really happy about not being in a class right away, I get more motivation from my trainer. My arms are sore but not as sore as my legs were although I'm dreading the squats on Friday. I did 85 reps today, he had me max out reps on bench and then the same for pull ups with a band assist for 5 sets.
