It's no big, you can just loosen the motor mounts (14mm easy to reach, but may need a breaker bar) and jack the crosspipe. Don't jack the oil pan. Or you can do the 2x4 thing mentioned. Slip one end between the oil pan and exhaust manifold and put the other end on the jack.
It's not like you're pulling the engine, you're just raising it an inch or two to get clearance between the fender and the block so you can get the pipe out. Nothing to stress over.
