Probably because it's not very common. I've only seen it in quarts at auto part stores which means $8+ per quart. Seems to be pretty good stuff though.

Looks like a very good report other than the consumption. The makeup oil helps the flashpoint and viscosity look great. PUE is good stuff.

Does your car consume other oils just as fast? Did you put PUE back in the car?
