When u get a crowd of American muscle car fans you aren't going to get much respect for a Japanese sports car , even though it is better engineered and built and amazingly fast . I had to laugh as the cars were doing burnouts on the wet streets and slipping all over and fishtailing everywhere. To each his own , I guess. For me , u can't beat the Japanese at car building
I don't know for whom else I speak, but my WRX's have always been about me having fun and enjoying driving for myself. Where for others', like demonstrated here, it's about showing it to others. Kind of like the people that live in sheet-hole apartments, yet put $5,000 worth of crap on their Chrysler 300 for everyone to see - pretending to have their act together. You look at the pictures on Nasioc and most have their modest looking cars parked in their well maintained driveway or garage.
