The issue is where
they're wide. They're wide close to the hub. These are 15" / 16" wheel brakes and some 17" wheels end up with the caliper well inside of the "spoke pocket". Check your pic with the Wilwoods, even those brakes are towards the inside of the "pocket". Put that same caliper 1-2cm towards the center of the rim and it won't clear either.
The 6 pot Superlite Wilwood kits will clear just about anything. They are narrow calipers and narrow pads and are offset about as far as you can, they're good for spoke clearance. The original kit used narrow rotors too, but now they have a 332x32 kit that is much better for track work than the old 328x28 kit.
