I've read contradicting information, but afaik MY00-01 GC-RS's have a R-LSD, I've also read that only the MY01 got a R-LSD. I know for certain my MY01 does have one. As far as center's, the GC got the short end of the stick in the US, the GC with MT is considered a "continuous" AWD system which incorporates a viscous type differential and is essentially 50/50 power split all the time. The GC with AT is considered an "active" AWD which under normal driving conditions and freeway speeds is set to a 90/10 torque split, and can change all the way up to 50/50 split depending on wheel slippage, and this happens very quickly! But both transmissions have an open front differential.
