Given the GC with the diesel gets 5 mpg greater fuel economy over the pentastar, I would say your comment is undervaluing the diesel just a bit. (Plus that v-6 gasser needs to be wound up a bit more than most Jeep owners would prefer to get to the power)
Now, the fact that not a single Ecodiesel GC has been built for public consumption is cause for more doubt about one being offered in the Wrangler...
