After a few corresponding emails to the VP and one to the GM of the dealership... SOA called this morning and agreed to tear the motor down on their dime.

I intercepted an email that was sent from the GM to the VP.... This was in the content regarding why the customer service rep initially refused to help us
"There is some indication that because the owner owns a tuner shop that she was being extra cautious."
