You've completely thrown off the mass air flow sensor by altering the intake piping. A correct tune will have MAF scaling to dial it back in.
Usually aftermarket intakes are larger piping, so slower moving air, so lower MAF readings, so less fuel. but since it's actually more
air, now being given less fuel, you're leaning out an already incredibly lean tune.
