...when customers come in on a holiday weekend, for service, and cause a scene just to get everything for free. As I am typing this there is a customer up front in the service lane going to the ends of the world to get a loaner car for the 3 day weekend because she's going on a road trip.
She swears up and down that her MY 2010 GLK350 is having issues. I pulled the car in and there are no codes. I did guided tests for the key transmitter and drive authorization system. The CAN system says everything is good to go. Lol @ the advisor when he tried giving her vehicle back to her. You just opened a can of worms there buddy
Any body else on here work for a mercedes dealership? Or any other luxury vehicle techs for that matter?
