I remember that when wiring my Hella 500's (which sit on a nice Manik Grillguard), there was nothing about the ground wire from the lamps to ground. Susquehanna Motorsport has a great set of instructions on their site. Where did you put the relay?? Is the switch line wired in to an appropriate source? You need to give some more information.
