Update: Received a call from the service manager today. It's being elevated up the Subaru chain of command. He spoke with their customer relations department as well (not at my request). He mentioned that they wanted to know if I was going to drive around the word "lemon" on it since they assumed I'm unhappy with the situation. Haha
Awaiting more information from Subaru, but my car should be back in the shop next week for attempt #2. Also mentioned a field technician from Subaru may show up.
Dealership is doing all they can at this point, so I'm at least happy with that.
I like the car. I just hope this gets resolved soon.
