But when I saw on Bob Is The Oil Guy that the Pennzoil Platinum oil is also very well loved, and it can be purchased for less money at Walmart (at a huge discount if there's a sale/coupon), that's when I switched to Pennzoil.
So no complaints with Amsoil. But if I can buy another great product, for less money, while at Walmart buying Band-aids, then that's what I'm going to do.
If I can avoid Wal-Mart that's what I'm going to do ;-) it is just easier to order online and have it show up at my house twice a year. Plus the cost of amsoil "membership" isn't much per quart when you divide it between 60qts of oil per year
When I find something that works well I rarely change, plus I'm planning extended intervals once warranty is out
