Yes the only thing oem about those sensors is the fitment. It needs to be calibrated accordingly.
Id toss the stock MAP in, reset the ecu. let idle for fiveish minutes then drive around and see how things look.
I know they work well when calibrated properly with the 32bit ecu "DBW throttle cars" Ive heard they were having issues with them on the 16bit ecu "DBC 2.0ltr 02-05" cars.
Are you running SD or MAF based tuning?
