Well I'm going to pick up a blown up 2008 wrx turbo this week. It needs a new comp wheel and housing. So its going to be getting a Kinugawa billet 19t wheel and comp cover and STS turbine wheel and rebuild it. I should be all in for under $500. Kinugawa claims there that their billet comp wheel flows enough air to support 30% more power than the 13t. So that would put my car into the 300hp neighborhood, especially with the STS turbine wheel, which should be the highest flowing and lightest turbine wheel that fits in the 6cm housing.
