I emailed the video to SOA after I returned from the dealer. They acknowledged receiving it. They then called the dealer in question and replied to me basically summarizing the situation. i.e. they couldn't reproduce it so nothing was or could be done. This was unsatisfactory to me to say the least. They say they got the proof it is happening, but still offer no avenue for me to get it fixed.
I've since replied to SOA saying that didn't answer my question of "What to do now?"
I have also emailed the Parts and Service manager of the dealer in question with the video and the same question, "the problem is real, see the video, what can be done now?"
