wow, i finally got a response. i got a ups tracking email with a note from them apologizing for the delay and upgrading the shipping to get here faster. no personal email from them or even a phone call. its disappointing that this is how things went since i've read nothing but good reviews on them. i'm sure there is a reason for this, but like i said earlier, the communication has been lacking.
i don't think it should have came to this point where i had to leave a pissed off message and post on nasioc to get any kind of response. i hope they read this so that they can improve from this since i have not been able to establish any kind of other form of communications.
