I think your right. It seems that it all comes down to how good your ECU is. I figure spending close to 2k and then having someone tune it when I get all the parts. Like you, I have done a ton of reading and asking. The car is kick ass. I think maybe I am being to American and wanting everything now, and can not wait until next summer when I have more cash on the ECU and turbo. So by getting the rex I get some of that gratification now and a ton of parts to choose from. I have talked to tom over at ludespeed and with the Stage III with some better internals and some tranny work I feel I can have a reliable turbo on MY00. I will admit that there is something funny to be said about getting the Legacy to over 300whp which is what I would love to do.
