They are. Fronts, rears and bumper ends are all custom.

While I don't think it looks as good (personal preference), paint gunned, properly mixed plasti-dip isn't that bad at all.
But a good setup is an easy $500 from what I've researched.

Vinyl will run you about $1000 if you want to do it yourself- hope you have an ass ton of time and patience- and upwards of $2000 if you want a professional to do it. CL Designs of Lake Norman did mine (located in Charlotte area, North Carolina).
