I can try to do an overhead shot from middle of the car next time.
There's an old empty lot not far from me so I'll probably shoot there. That should give people better idea on the spread as well.

That location you shot in already is really good though. You can compare a lot of the things off to the side like the pole, and grass, the concrete curb thing sticking up, even the tar stips on the road.
Would be hard to beat that. It is "real world" use too.
