Default SVX Power Steering Problem...

I have a friend who owns a 92 SVX and she is having a little trouble with the car. After you drive it for a little while the car spews power steering fluid out of the top of the pump, from the lid. Any idea what could be causing this? I am going to look at it today in person, but I just thought someone might have seen this before. She said the pump was replaced last year and I was wondering if something may have gotten in the lines ...sealant or dirt...and clogged the pressure or return lines, causing the back flow into the pump. The dealership wanted to put a rack in at $800 + labor ...the car has 40,000 miles on it. I don't know why the pump was done either, but I might be able to get a work order or something from the glovebox.

Let me know what you think!!
