Last I heard, really slow drivers were encased in a few thousand pounds of steel, plastic, and glass, wearing seatbelts, and protected by a good deal of safety technology. A bicycle rider has a helmet, clothes, and some skin. OK, now, do you think it's reasonable to assume that treating the two the same way is fair?

Next time you just want to 'scare' a cyclist, USE YOUR HORN -- they'll notice, and probably move. Of course, there is also something known as patience.
