usually, erratic performance in damp conditions means you have a leak somewhere in the ignition system - moisture can get in and cause arcing - once the car warms up and the water burns off, everything is fine.

First thing I would do is check the plugs/wires/coilpack - pull the plugs and check the gap (that's not the problem, but you might as well check while you are in there), check the resistance of the plug wires (also, move them around/bend them a little while you are looking at the resistance - sometimes things are just fine when the wires are straight, but bending them increases the resistance due to a damaged core), then check the resistance of the coil pack and inspect for cracks - if everything is fine, reassemble, coating the inside of the plug wires (both ends), the outside of the plugs, and the connectors on the coil pack with dielectric grease - reassemble and you should be fine.
