I think that is true also but I don't think that they would answer anyway even if they read it. There is a liability issue in them answering public e-mails. I'm sure that their e-mail is screened for them and the important ones are flagged and the unsolicited ones are deleted. That is why they have a whole CS department, to answer the publics questions and let the other departments know if there is a problem.
