Omori-NA is defunct, your best bet is J-Spec or Gruppe-S. Both should be able to get oil temp sensors.

I don't know if there is an adapter for the EGT bung, but you are better off placing the EGT in the exhaust manifold very close to the exhaust ports. That will give you a much truer reading on the EGT gauge.
