Just one thing I would suggest: since you're getting a brand new car, I would drive it unmodded for 6-12k miles (6 months or a year) to "shake it down" and make sure nothing is wrong with it. once you start modding, you start running into the possibility of being denied coverage under warranty for systems related/affected by whatever you modded. Another advantage is that you'll get a good feel for what the unmodded car drives like, so you'll be able to feel better how each mod affects handling once you do it.
(If warranty isn't an issue for you, ignore my first argument).
