Stupid Question

In purchasing tires, which one of these configurations will rub less with STi V5 suspension

225/45WR16
or
225/40WR16

Thee is only a $4.00 difference between them

Which one should I get? Personally I want the 40's because of the looks.. But I'm not going to sacrifice Function over Form this time :P
