Post Adding to the mix...UD pulley with cone-style intake....

In terms of low-end loss, would the freer spinning, lighter-weight UD pulley counteract much of the torque losses from a cone-style intake system, given that the engine spins through the "problem areas" in terms of low-end torque much more quickly?
