I'd install an Oil Temp, Oil Pressure and EGT (Pyrometer)gauge in mine. In fact, I plan on doing just that some point in the future whenever I get my hands on one of those gauge pods. Oil temperature is a much better and more accurate way of monitoring your engine temperature. And of course, a oil pressure gauge is far superior to an 'idiot light'. It's nice to actually see what kind of pressure you're getting. As you probably know, EGTs play an important role in determining whether the engine is running rich or lean, so having a gauge would be real handy for tuning purposes. You could always install a clock, or voltmeter or something like that too. In any case, I'd at least get the oil pressure and temperature gauges. Those would be of the most benefit IMO, unless you're going to have a seriously tuned car when you'd need more vital information.
