If you're just doing the shortblock with all the rest of the stock RS sensors and everything, you won't need to mess with the wiring harness.

I'd recommend a Greddy e-manage hands down over an S-AFC, although the S-AFC should work. Most places won't do a reflash for this kind of swap without having a custom dyno tune done. There are too many variables to account for to just send the ECU out and get it done.
