Hmm... well I have no idea what a turbo coil is, but I am pretty sure it doesn't exist. As for the turbo itself, a stock turbo at stock boost should last around 100k miles maybe more. There isn't really any point in checking up on it. If there is something wrong or going wrong there isn't much you can do anyway except replace it.

There isn't much that can go wrong with an intercooler other than a leak, which is pretty rare. I wouldn't worry about the intercooler unless there is something wrong with the car. If its leaking much at all you will most likely not be making full boost. If you really want to check it out pick up an intake leak tester for about $30 and pressure test the intercooler and turbo to intake piping. Its really easy to do, I can tell you how if your interested.
