Get rid of the objective and the skills sections. Instead, use a Professional Profile that includes your skills and highlights your strengths as a possible candidate.

The objective is kind of redundant and should not be used. You would include your objective as part of a cover letter. Think about it, since you are either handing over your resume or sending it, people know you are looking for a job.

Oh, and I am not positive, but I think "troubleshot" is not a word.
