Fist do you realy think in the years of this forum you are the first to ask this?

Headers are a low bang for the buck mod. The must be coated to even get close to being close to as good as iron is at retaining heat. The borlas are cheep; both in build quality and cost. If you have a built car and are running a better turbo they may give you some better gains but on a stock car its not worth it. See other threads to my reasons why.
