It really does not matter that the power drops after 6000rpms... If the wrx driver is smart enough, he will know not to run the engine to 7K rpms, and just shift early to stay in the powerband. If you decided to make a run whereby no shifting is allowed, then yes, the power drop-off after 6K rpms will come into play...

My prediction is that the WRX and RSX will be just about even (drivers race) from a roll. I am sure that if you race past 120mph, I reckon you will then pull.... But if you run to those speeds, please do it at a desolate area...
