no plans for an IC yet, as the funds just aren't there, I wish I could get one though, I'd feel a lot safer.

and yes it gets hot in KS, hot and humid, was about 102-105 yesterday.

the Apex'i BOV sounds very nice, a whoosh noise, and it has 3 different settings for the sound volume, adjusted by the holes on the red ring around the center of it. not needed for performance but it makes it sound cool it's very loud though.

well the ECU was reset during the turbo install, the CE light came on during the drive home after the install and stayed on for a while, and now it's off again, very weird, same thing happened when I had my car N/A with the gutted Cat section (for sale if anyone wants it) no real gains to be had on N/A but I needed to do it since my first cat was breaking up (I hit it with a rock) and blocking the passage on the second cat.

I originally thought that the jet-hot would keep the heat soak out of the intake pipe as well, but you should feel that thing, even after just normal driving, it's HOT, since there is jet-hot coating on all the exhaust pipes, it's making my exhaust temps higher when they hit the turbine, which heats up that entire impeller shaft, which in turn heats up the intake charge, and the jet-hot holds in in the pipe and then into the manifold and into the cylinder, increasing my chances for detonation.

that's my thoughts on it so far though.
