ok after looking around and reading for over 8 hours now i finally found what i was looking for
thank you mprezya for your help
and no i will not drive an automatic so dont suggest it
ty
also here is the list of things needed for anyone else interested
manual trans
clutch and flywheel
pedal box w/ clutch cylinder and slave cylinder
rear diff (why? because auto cars come equipped w/ 4.44 gearing while most manuals come equipped with 4.11 gearing. UK/Australian WRX's come equipped w/ 3.9 gearing while most Japanese WRX/STi's come with 4.44. Bottom line is that you must match the final drive gearing in the trans and rear otherwise you will have unequal shaft speeds and a constant load on the viscous coupling changing the torque split and overheating the viscous unit)
trans mount and rear crossmember
driveshaft
Starter
Front Springs (if stock, the auto springs are heavier rate due to the different weight..but not necessarily essential to change back)
Shifter
Shift boot and trim piece.
and dont let anyone tell you its not worth
considering the fact that i would have to swap out the oem flywheel, clutch, shifter, differential, and gears anyway its hardly anymore for the rest especially if i buy used parts
