The turbo build 1 bar of boost by 3500 RPM or so. This is with a cold manifold. Heat it up and it will spool 200-300 RPM faster. Car does not feel laggy on the street but it does feel violent when it kicks in. WIth C16 I'm sure 480-500 WHP is possible.
