Turboed it. Blew it up, turboed it again. Blew a turbo this time. Did a motor swap. Loved it. The swap doesn't compare.

Reliability-No contest
Power-Take more money to build the ej25 to be faster. ej20's have made more power. (exception ej257, still a turbo "swap" motor)
Cost-Most have found the swap is a bit (if at all with prices these days) more pricy up front but cheaper in the long run.
Bling-Swap....samco hoses, cool IC's, inlet pipes, elbow pipes, sti intake manifold if sti swap.

RS-T's have their merit in that they can be cheap, and they were awesome before swaps became big. But swaps just make sense. It's the motor the gc8 was SUPPOSED to have anyway Yes i'm biased though
