Well, with problems occuring under vacuum I'd say boost isn't the culprit for the idle. Some things that I've done to smooth my idle are: richen the AFR target, lower the timing advance, and adjust the VE settings. Since you can't do any of those, I'm not sure what to do. Are there any vacuum leaks? Can you swap out your idle motor with a known good one? Any wires get burnt from the turbo that might be hidden by your IC? I'm reaching at this point
