I get non-oxygenated (100% fuel) gasoline for the exact same price as standard 92 octane gasoline from the BP gas station I go to on 35W and county rd 10. I'm unsure about the quality of this fuel in the winter months though. There's a long list of non-oxygenated fuel in MN from the net made by the hot-rod guys here. Do a search on Google.
Thanks kickin_81! I have been filling up at a local Shell station with their non-oxygenated "V-Power" 92. I didn't know what that meant until now. At least I assume it is Non-oxy because of the warning on the pump...
