Run, this same thing happen to my RS. 133K miles
Oil pump, you need to replace the oil pump. The tolerences between the impeller and the house of the pump get too big so you start to get too much internal pressure in the pump. The oil pump is driven by the crank. The seal you replaced in on the pump. The blow back hole behind the seal is only so big and when flow account is exceeded that the blow can handle. It will popthe seal. I'll get pic on my old pump.
